Our culture of giving and volunteering
AdvisorNet Financial has a rich tradition of supporting great causes and encouraging our people to get involved in charitable organizations that speak to them
Dan May, President and CEO
Our culture of giving and volunteering starts at the top and builds momentum through the caring and integrity of our people. Each year, AdvisorNet Financial gives back to the community through the following local organizations.
2015 marks the first year that AdvisorNet Financial has teamed with Habitat for Humanity to help build a house in Hugo, MN. Committed to raising $60,000 and 500+ volunteers over the course of 9 weeks, ANF asked all those affiliated to give of their time and talent to help build a better Twin Cities community.
Second Harvest — Summer Food Drive
The summer months are challenging for area food shelves, so AdvisorNet Financial raises money at tow of it’s annual summer events. All donations go directly to Second Harvest Heartland Food Shelf, a locally supported, nonprofit hunger relief organization.
AdvisorNet Financial has donated over $59,000 since 2004!
Greater Twin Cities United Way — Fall Fund Drive
As the only charity that brings together government, business, and nonprofits to serve people right in our community, the United Way is the focus of our fall fund drive through donations and volunteering.
Since 2000 AdvisorNet Financial has donated over $283,000 to the United Way! Giving over $28,000 in 2014 – a new record!
Ronald McDonald House — Cooks for Kids Meal Sponsorship
AdvisorNet Financial sponsors the “Cooks for Kids” program to nurture families of sick children when they stay at the area Ronald McDonald House. Each quarter, we support homecooked meals for these families through donations and volunteer time.
